Bronze Cross is a prerequisite for advanced training in the Society’s National Lifeguard and leadership certification programs. Includes a timed 400 m swim (11 minutes). The final exam is evaluated by a Lifesaving Society examiner. Prerequisite: Bronze Medallion and an Emergency First Aid & CPR 'B'.
