Discover the joy of swimming. Whether you’re just starting out or just want help with your strokes, our adult program is for all adults age 18 and up. Work with certified, friendly instructors to learn to swim or to improve your current swimming ability and water fitness. From floats and glides to backcrawl and breaststroke—you will learn the many skills and strokes that comprise the wonderful world of swimming. We incorporate Lifesaving Society Water Smart® education in all adult levels.
