Description

This program features a timed 200 meter swim, 100 meter fitness medley and support while carrying a 5 pound weight. The content of this program is challenging but with effort, achievable! Skill drills enhance capability in the water including a non-contact rescue. The City of Greater Sudbury is affiliated with the LifeSaving Society. Prerequisite: Rookie Patrol (Swimmer 7).
