Description
Gymnastics at Howard Armstrong Recreation Centre is recreational and non-competitive. It provides an opportunity for children to challenge themselves physically, and explore various forms of movement. Youngsters are taught gymnastics basics which include stretching, tumbling, floor routines and cool downs.
