Description
Prerequisite: Ranger Patrol (Swimmer 8)
This program features a timed 300 meter swim, 3 x 600 meter workouts; swim with clothes; defense methods; support & carries 10 pound weight. Swimmers will also be introduced to scene assessment, towing, rescue and victim removal. The City of Greater Sudbury is affiliated with the Lifesaving Society.
