Swimmer 5

Children must have successfully completed Swimmer 4. These swimmers will master shallow dive entries and cannonballs, eggbeater kicks, and in-water backward somersaults. They will refine their front and back crawl with over 50-metre swims of each. They will also put together the whip kick and breaststroke arms to perform the breaststroke. They will pick up the pace in 25-metre sprints and perform interval training 4 x 50 metres using front or back crawl. Families enrolling more than two children qualify for a 50% discount for additional children if registered within the regular swim lesson program. (Excludes private, semi-private and advanced lifesaving lessons.)
