Description

These preschoolers will learn to jump into shallow water by themselves, and get in and get out of the pool while wearing a Personal Flotation Device. They will submerge and exhale underwater. The preschoolers will also learn to swim with a buoyant aid; more specifically they will work on moving through the water kicking their feet while on their front and back. Prerequisite: Be 3 years old prior to the first class and be comfortable in the water (up to 5 years old), completed Preschool 1 or be evaluated at a Recreational Swim (please contact facility). The City of Greater Sudbury is affiliated with the LifeSaving Society.
