Description
Children must have successfully completed Swimmer 2.
These junior swimmers will learn to kneel-dive and roll into the water. New skills will be introduced such as handstands and in-water somersaults. They will work on the proper mechanics for front and back crawl for 15 metres. They will also perform interval training 4 x 15 meters using flutter kick while improving endurance.
Families enrolling more than two children qualify for a 50% discount for additional children if registered within the regular swim lesson program. (Excludes private, semi-private and advanced lifesaving lessons.)
