Discover the joy of swimming. Work with certified, friendly instructors to improve your current swimming ability and water fitness. From backcrawl to breaststroke—you will learn the many skills and strokes that comprise the wonderful world of swimming. We incorporate Lifesaving Society Water Smart® education in all adult levels.
