Offering fitness programs for over 40 years, Ms. Fits has proven that exercise can be fun! Come join our classes for women and improve your fitness while working at your own level in a friendly atmosphere. Classes incorporate the components of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance and flexibility, all accompanied by music. Limited class sizes. Classes are held in the upstairs hall of McClelland Arena
