Meditation practice involves focusing on ones breath which calms the mind, increases your awareness allowing the experience of the heart opening where love and compassion exist within us all. You will be given various techniques to assist in training the mind to stay focused which allows the mind to become quiet, reducing stress, improving concentration and increasing relaxation.
