Description
The beginners' Tai Chi class will focus on fundamental principles and the first part of the Tai Chi form developed last century by a student of the Yang Family, Cheung, Man-ching. The modern Yang Style version taught in the class is a slow, constant, circular form of gentle exercise that is good for relieving stress, strengthening the legs, hips and cardiovascular system, improving flexibility and focusing the mind. The instructor has been teaching Tai Chi in Ladner since 1989.
