A gentle, beginner-friendly class introducing the basics of Tai Chi. Learn simple flowing movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to improve balance, flexibility, and relaxation. No experience needed—just come ready to move and unwind. Refund Policy: A prorated refund is available for any withdrawals prior to the start of the 3rd class. Once the 3rd class starts, no refund will be provided.
