Learn physical conditioning and all aspects of non- contact self-defense from various MMA styles including Karate, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu. All levels welcome to this fitness focused class. Refund Policy: A prorated refund is available for any withdrawals prior to the start of the 3rd class. Once the 3rd class starts, no refund will be provided.
