Description
This free group is led by a specialized counselor. The focus will be on various themes, exploring the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of grief. This will be a safe space for individuals who have experienced similar relational losses to discuss strategies and access valuable resources. Non-members are welcome. Please note that registrant information will be shared with Heron Hospice Society, and you will be contacted by them before the group begins. Non-members welcome.
