Trainers focus on movement options for all abilities, designed to support varying physical capabilities, ensuring a comprehensive fitness experience. Youth between 13-15 years old require a Weight room orientation prior to start date.
Refund Policy: Prorated refund available for any withdrawals prior to the start of the 3rd class. After the 3rd class no refund will be provided.
