Description
This class is designed for parents with babies aged 0-12mths. You can wear your baby in a carrier, hold them, use the stroller, or leave them to play on their own. Each session includes a warm-up, dance instruction with repetition, and a cool-down. You will learn unique and fun routines, set to upbeat, popular music, using moves perfectly suited to postnatal fitness and baby-wearing. Age requirement of babies accompanying a parent in this class are 6weeks-12 mths. No class May 5.
Refund Policy: A prorated refund is available for any withdrawals prior to the start of the 3rd class. Once the 3rd class starts, no refund will be provided.
