In celebration of Seniors Month, the City of Cornwall is pleased to offer free recreational activities for seniors in our community. This FREE program was made possible through funding provided by the Government of Canada. The New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) is a federal grants and contributions initiative that supports projects aimed at enhancing the well-being of seniors and strengthening their communities.
Stay active and social with this fun, low-impact recreational cornhole program for ages 55+. Participants can register as individuals or teams and enjoy singles or doubles play in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Cornhole is easy to learn and suitable for all skill levels, offering light physical activity while improving coordination and encouraging social connection. A great way to meet others, stay active, and enjoy friendly competition!
