Benson Centre- Automotive Room (Capacity 100 people)

Celebrate your special occasion in one of our Party and Celebration Rooms ideal for birthdays, family gatherings, team celebrations, and small social events. These rooms provide a comfortable indoor space for guests to gather, enjoy food, and celebrate together. Renters may bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages, subject to facility policies. Tables and chairs are provided based on availability. Please note: • Rental time includes set up and clean up. • Décor must follow facility décor guidelines. • All items must be removed at the end of the rental. • Alcohol is not permitted unless approved and properly licensed. • The renter is responsible for supervising guests and ensuring facility rules are followed. • 45 minutes allowed before and after booking for set-up and take down. Room Description & Capacity Limits: • Automotive Room (max. capacity of 100 people) - large room on main level located near the front entrance • MacEwen Room (max. capacity of 50 people) - medium room on main level located across from fieldhouse • Pommier Room (max. capacity of 40) - located upstairs in Pad 1 • Corus Room (max. capacity of 20 people) - small room located upstairs in Pad 1 Fieldhouse and ice requests must be submitted as a separate booking. Please note that weekend availability for both the Fieldhouse and ice is extremely limited due to high demand. A staff member will connect with you a minimum 5 days before booking to confirm set up details.
