Ultimate (a.k.a. Ultimate Frisbee) is a fast-paced, non-contact team sport that combines the throwing and catching skills of football with the non-stop, open field movement of soccer, and the stop/start offensive/defensive play of basketball. It is played by hundreds of thousands of people in more than 50 countries worldwide. Whether you already have multiple disc throws in your arsenal or you’re just learning the game, please come out and join us indoors at the Benson Centre this season.
