CANCELLATION POLICY If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration or cannot or does not attend the workshop the following refunds will apply: 1. The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop at any time for no charge. 2. If notice is received 7 days before the scheduled workshop date a 50% refund will be offered. 3. If notice is received less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date no refund will be offered. 4. Please note, these classes are for adults and mature teens. *In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by the studio all confirmed participants will be notified and receive a full refund.
