Description
The Swim Instructor (SI) Recertification is designed renew a candidate’s SI award for 2 years from the certification date. The course includes a review of instructional competencies, updated standards, and a practical evaluation.
Prerequisites: Swim Instructor (need not be current)

This program is delivered in partnership with the Lifesaving Society BC & Yukon. As an affiliate, the City of Coquitlam offers programs and awards in accordance with the Lifesaving Society’s standards and policies. Candidate information, including name, date of birth, contact details, and course results, will be shared with the Lifesaving Society for certification and award processing in accordance with the Lifesaving Society’s Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.
