Description
Youth Beginner Swimmer 1 is equivalent to Swimmer 1 & 2.
Work towards 10-15m swim on front and back. Learn safe entries into shallow and deep water, develop skills while wearing a PFD, and learn breath control and underwater skills. Floats, glides, flutter kick and vertical whip kick are introduced. Your fitness will improve through interval training and learning how to perform front crawl and back crawl.
Note: Lesson participants can only be registered for one set of lessons at a time. You may register your child for the next set of lessons at the same level. Your child will be withdrawn from a program(s) if registered for overlapping lessons or lessons at a higher level prior to successfully completing the current level.
