Swimmer 5

These swimmers will master shallow dives, cannonball entries, eggbeater kicks, and in-water backward sommersaults. They will refine their front and back crawl with swims over 50 meters each, and breaststroke over 25 meters. Then they will pick up the pace in 25 meter sprints and two interval training bouts: 4 x 50 meters front or back crawl; and 4 x 15 meters breaststroke. Note: Lesson participants can only be registered for one set of lessons at a time. You may register your child for the next set of lessons at the same level. Your child will be withdrawn from a program(s) if registered for overlapping lessons or lessons at a higher level prior to successfully completing the current level.
