Description

These intermediate swimmers will swim 5 meters underwater and lengths of front crawl, back crawl, whip kick, and breaststroke arms with breathing. Their new bag of tricks includes the completion of the Canadian Swim To Survive Standard. They will cap it all off with front crawl sprints over 25 meters and 4 x 25 meter front or back crawl interval training. Note: Lesson participants can only be registered for one set of lessons at a time. You may register your child for the next set of lessons at the same level. Your child will be withdrawn from a program(s) if registered for overlapping lessons or lessons at a higher level prior to successfully completing the current level.
