Description
Includes CPR-C & AED certification. Candidates may take an Intermediate First Aid Recertification course (8 hours) within 36-months of completing an Intermediate First Aid Full Course (16 hours). Recertification for Intermediate First Aid covers the essential workplace first aid competencies, including CPR-C with AED certification for adult, child and infant, emergency scene management, recognition and management of life-threatening airway, breathing, circulation, and bleeding emergencies, identification and response to medical emergencies, and management of soft tissue and musculoskeletal injuries.
Prerequisites: Current Standard or Intermediate First Aid with any WSIB approved agency. A list of WSIB approved training providers is available
