Description

This class includes stretching, strengthening, and bonding exercises for new moms and/or caregivers, and babies. It is a wonderful way to bond with your little one, while also getting some gentle exercise. Caregiver and baby classes are designed for caregiver and infant from 6 weeks to pre-crawling. All fitness levels welcome.
