Description

Swimmer 1 prep is a program for participants aged 6-12 who have progressed beyond Preschool lessons or who are not yet ready to swim independently. This class introduces key Swimmer 1 skills such as entries, blowing bubbles, floats, glides and kicking assisted with an instructor in the water. The program builds confidence, comfort and foundational swimming skills while helping participants transition smoothly toward independence in Swimmer 1 lessons.
