Description

Improve the way you move with Zumba® Circle Mobility™, a 30-minute mobility and movement class designed to enhance flexibility, balance, joint health, and overall functional movement. Using a chair for support and stability, participants will be guided through gentle mobility exercises, dynamic stretches, and movement patterns that help increase range of motion and reduce stiffness. Set to motivating music, this class promotes better movement for everyday life while leaving you feeling refreshed and energized.
