Not just a walk in the park!Stroller Fit is a caregiver and baby-friendly full-body workout designed to help you stay active while spending time with your little one. Classes may take place on the indoor walking track and turf and include a combination of cardio intervals, power walks, functional strength training, postnatal-specific core work, flexibility training, and full-body conditioning exercises.Participants must provide their own stroller. Suitable for all fitness levels.
