Description

Join us for a vibrant outdoor yoga session surrounded by thousands of blooming sunflowers! This unique workshop includes a one-hour yoga class held in the garden, with stunning views of the sunflower fields. The class will be led by the Municipality of Clarington’s Certified Yoga Instructor, Sharon. After your practice, you're welcome to explore the beautiful sunflower fields and visit the Bragg Farmers Market. No previous yoga experience is required, but participants must be at least 13 years of age.
