Stretch & Spin - This fusion class begins with a dynamic stretch warm‑up designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and full‑body movement. The first half of the class focuses on flowing, purposeful mobility work to prepare your muscles and joints for the ride ahead. In the second half, you’ll transition onto our stationary bikes for an energizing spin session, blending cardiovascular and anaerobic training through varied speeds and resistance levels. Every ride is different and adaptable to your fitness level. The spin bikes allow you to clip in or use the running‑shoe cage. Please bring indoor shoes and water. All fitness levels welcome.
