Description
Female only program and for those who self-identify as female. Privacy screens are installed to provide privacy on pool deck, viewing area space is not accessible.
Preschool 4: Advanced preschoolers will gain independence in deep water. They will work on completing 5 m of front crawl and treading water unassisted. They will practice jumps and sideways entries in deep water while opening their eyes underwater.
Preschool 5: These advanced preschoolers will work on supporting themselves treading in deep water for 10 seconds and complete 5 m swims with front crawl and back crawl unassisted. They will forward roll entries into deep water, learn whip kick and be introduced to interval training.
