Description
This is a High Intensity Interval Training class done in the water. This class guarantees you an awesome cardiovascular and muscular endurance workout. Class will utilize a mixture of pool noodles, water dumbbells, and the resistance of your body moving in the water to provide a full body workout every class. All classes will ensure a proper warm-up and cool-down is completed, including some flexibility work. Join us for this fun, high energy, water workout.
