General AquaFit A fun and effective water-based fitness class suitable for all ages and fitness levels—no swimming experience required. Led by a qualified instructor, you’ll be guided through exercises that improve flexibility, muscular strength, cardiovascular health, and overall mobility. The water’s natural resistance enhances your workout while reducing stress on the joints, making it a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
