Find your strength and flexibility in this unique, low-impact fitness class designed for post-natal caregivers. This fun, full-body workout combines light cardio intervals, functional strength training, post-natal core exercises, and plenty of stretching and mobility work to help you feel strong and balanced.Babies are welcome and will be incorporated into some exercises throughout the class.
