Description
Seek balance between strength and flexibility training in this unique, low impact fitness class designed for post-natal mothers. This is a fun, full body workout. Classes include a combination of light cardio intervals, functional strength training, post-natal specific core work, and lots of stretching and mobility work. This class will incorporate caregiver and baby exercises, however we suggest also brining baby's stroller, car seat, or baby carrier, to help baby feel comfortable as you work out.
