Description

This class is a combination of all your favourite fitness components. 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of muscle conditioning, and 20 minutes of stretching. Times are approximate, but the class will be divided into the three components of fitness, creating a well-rounded class to fit anyone's needs and preferences. Participants are asked to provide their own yoga mat.
