CIRCL Mobility® is a 30-minute class designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall recovery through functional movement patterns, breathwork, and gentle stretching. This low-impact session helps release tension, enhance range of motion, and support better posture, making it ideal for active recovery or anyone looking to move more freely. Participants must bring a yoga or exercise mat and be able to get up and down from the floor safely. Age 13+.
