Aqua H.I.I.T - This is a High Intensity Interval Training class done in the water. This class guarantees you an awesome cardiovascular and muscular endurance workout. Class will utilize a mixture of pool noodles, water dumbbells, and the resistance of your body moving in the water to provide a full body workout every class.
