Start your week off with this high energy, easy to follow step and strength class that will challenge your cardiovascular system, improve coordination and agility, and increase strength. The first half of the class will be taught as step aerobics, and the second will focus on strength. The strength component of class offers a variety of muscular conditioning exercises using weights, bands and/or body weight exercises for increased strength and toning. This fun workout is a challenging total body workout perfect for all skill levels.
