Description

A 30 minute stationary bike cardiovascular and anaerobic workout with varying speeds and resistance levels to provide a different ride every time. Followed by 30 minute of full body conditioning. This portion of the class will focus on muscular strength including core and stretch. Our spin bikes have the option to clip in or use the running shoe cage. Please bring indoor shoes. All fitness levels welcome. Spin classes taught on our new IC5 Bikes (www.teamicg.com/en/bikes/ic5/overview) All bikes are compatible with clip in bike shoes as well as have a cage for those in athletic shoes. Please bring water to class.
