A fun, easy-to-follow full body workout using hand weights, resistance bands, and body weight for resistance training. This workout incorporates low-impact, high-cardio movements and will leave you feeling refreshed and stronger for everyday life! Weather permitting, this class may be held outdoors to enjoy the fresh air.
