HYROX Fusion: Small Group Training is a coach led, small group training program designed to build total body strength, endurance, and functional fitness through a mix of Hyrox-style workouts, obstacle course-style challenges, and athletic conditioning.Participants will train in a supportive, high-energy environment using a variety of equipment and formats; combining strength, cardio, and skill-based movements to improve overall performance, resilience, and confidence.Sessions may take place in the fitness centre, program room, or outdoors, creating dynamic and engaging workouts that simulate real-world movement and race-style challenges.This program is ideal for individuals looking to:Improve functional strength and enduranceTrain for Hyrox, obstacle races, or similar eventsBreak out of traditional gym routinesExperience structured, coached workouts in a small group settingFormat:1 session per week (60 minutes)Small group training (3–6 participants)Progressive programming with scalable options for all fitness levels
