Description
Functional Strength Fusion combines full-body strength training with functional movement patterns to help you build strength, stability, and mobility for everyday life. This class will include strength intervals, body weight exercises and both floor and standing movements strengthening the whole body. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted. Minimum age to participate is 13 years. Please bring an exercise or yoga mat, clean indoor shoes, and a water bottle to class.
