Description

A stationary bike workout combining cardiovascular and anaerobic training through varying speeds and resistance levels to provide a different ride every time. The second half of the class focuses on full-body conditioning, emphasizing muscular strength, core engagement, and stretching. Our spin bikes offer the option to clip in or use the running shoe cage. Please bring indoor shoes and water to class. All fitness levels are welcome.
