A focused lower‑body and core strength workout designed to build stability, tone major muscle groups, and improve overall functional strength. This class targets glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core with controlled, effective exercises using dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight. Please bring indoor shoes and water to class. All fitness levels are welcome.
