Description
This women-only group fitness class focuses on building
total-body strength through guided weight training. Learn proper form, improve
technique, and gain confidence using a variety of free weights and resistance
tools—all in a supportive, inclusive environment. Suitable for all fitness
levels, participants will move through strength-based exercises designed to
improve muscle tone, stability, and overall functional fitness. Requirements: Participants
must be 13 years of age or older and must be able to get up and down from the
