Description
The indoor Triathlon includes a 10 minute swim, 30 minute indoor bike, followed by a 20 minute run (or walk) on the treadmill. The results are measured in distance traveled during each element. Trainers and Fitness staff will be present to assist with each phase of this event (timing, set up and transition's). Light refreshments provided. Require some training?
