Description

Build strength, stability and endurance in your core muscles and more. This class will guide you through strengthening exercises to build and support your muscles with a focus on your midsection. The Instructor will teach correct technique as you work with different exercise modalities to improve balance, prevent injury, and become better at everything you do. Modifications available to ensure a challenging but achievable class for any level of fitness.
